Built to solve a real problem

We're not another reseller just passing on licences at MSRP. Inclusive IT Solutions was founded to fix something genuinely broken for UK small businesses.

Why We Started

The problem was hiding in plain sight

UK small businesses spend millions on software licences they don't fully understand, can't easily see, and often don't fully use. Separate vendor invoices, fragmented renewal dates, and no single view of what you're actually paying for.

With a background in cybersecurity and IT operations — including time supporting critical infrastructure in NHS environments — our founder saw firsthand how even well-run organisations struggled to maintain visibility and control over their software estates.

The fix exists. Distribution platforms like Pax8 give resellers access to wholesale pricing across hundreds of vendors. The technology to build a consolidated portal exists. What was missing was a service built specifically for UK SMEs — not enterprise, not just another box-shifter, but a proper managed service at an honest price.

We're not a traditional MSP — yet

Traditional MSPs bundle everything together, charge a high monthly retainer, and often aren't transparent about what's included. You pay for services you might not need and rarely get a clear breakdown.

We start with something specific: your software licences. We do that well, at a fair price, with complete visibility. Managed services are on our roadmap for 2028 — but we'll expand only when we've proven the core.

If you need a full MSP today, we'll honestly refer you to one. If you need your licences properly managed, that's us.
