Often not. We buy licences at wholesale pricing through our distribution partner Pax8, which means the licence cost itself can be at or below what you'd pay Microsoft, Google, or Sophos directly. When you add our management fee, many customers find the total is still comparable — and they gain proactive management, a single invoice, and savings from right-sizing unused licences that typically outweigh the management cost.

We manage the transition carefully. For most Microsoft and Google products, licences can be transferred to our tenancy mid-term with no disruption to users. We'll handle all the technical migration and communication with vendors — you won't experience any downtime or loss of access. We'll confirm the exact process for your specific products during onboarding.

You receive one consolidated invoice at the start of each month covering all your licences and the management fee. Payment is by direct debit or card via Stripe. The invoice will clearly itemise each product, quantity, unit price, and the management fee per tier. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate. Annual licences can be spread monthly or paid upfront for a small discount.

Our management fee is month-to-month — there's no minimum term for the service itself. Underlying licences (e.g. Microsoft 365 annual subscriptions) do have vendor-imposed terms, which we'll make clear before you commit. We believe in transparency: if you want to leave, we'll help you transition everything back to direct billing with no awkward exit process.

Yes, and it matters to us. Many vendors offer significant charity discounts (Microsoft provides up to 10 free Microsoft 365 Business Basic licences for registered charities, for example). We'll help you claim every discount you're entitled to. We're also proud to work with Young Carers Crew as a pro bono first client — supporting organisations doing important work is part of who we are.

We support any vendor available through the Pax8 distribution catalogue — which covers hundreds of products including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Veeam, Sophos, Bitdefender, Acronis, Huntress, and many more. If you're using a product we haven't mentioned, ask us — the chances are we can manage it.

The Starter tier begins at 5 seats. If you have fewer than 5 users, get in touch — we may be able to accommodate smaller teams on a case-by-case basis, particularly for charities and community organisations.
